Lila + Corey Photobooth

This past Sunday was a very distinctive and special day for us here at f8studio when our talented Cinematographer, Corey, married his best friend Lila.  The ceremony along with the reception, were held at the Venue at Waterstone in Celina.  It was a creative and wonderful event that included a “unity sandwich” along with fantastic performances from the bride, groom and several of their friends. f8studio was in full force with all three photographers, Gary Donihoo, Carter Rose, and Kym Skiles capturing all of the unique and wonderful moments.  To add to the performances by the wedding party, Emerald City outdid themselves with everyone’s favorite songs and had the guests dancing and rocking the wooden rafters of the barn style venue.  No wedding would be complete without a photobooth and boothBOOTH was honored to be a part of the festivities – we would not have missed it!  We wish Lila and Corey the best of luck as their life together continues in a new and exciting chapter.  Congratulations to both of you – we love you, and look forward to your adventures together!

We were happy to be at the Castle Hills Fall Festival again this year!

Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Hayrides, Haunted House, Face Painting, Balloons and more were on the list of great family activities this year.  Everyone had a great time in the photo booth again this year and lots of memories were created!  Refrigerators, mirrors, and bulletin boards will be decorated for years to come!

It was a great evening with Granite Properties this past Thursday at the Horseshoe Bay Resort just outside of Marble Falls. The party was held at the Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club. Electric Circus cranked out some great music for the guests to dance to, and everyone enjoyed the casino games and photobooth. Thanks for having us out!

We had a wonderful time at Annie & Matt’s wedding reception this past weekend a the Dallas Country Club. DFW Events handled all of the details, and there were some great related props based on how the happy couple first asked each other out. Wow, we love it when props have a purpose, and we have to give it to Matt on his creativity along with Annie’s response. This couple has it going on! The Project played into the night keeping the guest moving their feet, and Carter Rose of f8studio captured all of the sweet and meaningful moments. Congratulations Annie & Matt, we loved being a part of your special day!

The past Sunday we were honored to be a part of the Chefs for Farmers Main Event.  Sponsored by D Magazine, the rain did not keep anyone away.  Gilly’s Dallas was a great weather beating alternative to the original location at Lee Park.  Great food and drink abounded, along with some great entertainment.  It was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and nobody left hungry, or without some entertaining photo strips to remember the event by.

The Dallas Red Foundation’s 8th Annual Red Party was held at Sixty Five Hundred this past Saturday.  We had fantastic entertainment all night with the highlight a special performance from Jsutta.   Presented by the Clay Cooly Auto Group, and Stoli Vodka, and sponsored by Ray Scott State Farm, the evening was a great way to kick off Pride Week in Dallas.  Thanks for having us be a part of your event!  A great foundation with a great cause!
